AJU THE SPA, owned and operated by Aju Sahota, is a testament to a life shaped by education, discipline, and diverse experiences. Let’s delve into the fascinating journey of Aju Sahota 

Aju’s upbringing emphasized education, instilling values of discipline and teamwork. As a national soccer player, she honed her skills on the field.

Aju has completed double master’s degrees, laying the foundation for her professional journey. She embraced the role of a military spouse, cherishing a decade filled with beautiful experiences. And she is grateful for the blessing of two wonderful children.

In her forties, Aju migrated to the USA. She embarked on a transformative path, obtaining a cosmetology license. For the past 14 years, she has operated a thriving mobile salon.

Aju’s commitment to growth led her to acquire certifications in various skin treatments annually. Notable treatments include Gua Sha Face massage, Marma therapy massage, and Tsuboki Japanese Face massage.

In 2021, Aju took a course on Aging at Stanford University. Her research revealed that lifestyle choices significantly impact the aging process beyond chronological age.

Inspired by her findings, Aju delved into face yoga. She earned a certification in face yoga, recognizing its natural and effective ability to lift and firm the skin.
